This is done by being a supplement free challenge, a challenge that doesn’t require a gym membership and a challenge that has no time restraints. Day 1 CHALLENGE is perfect for those looking to be a better version of themselves. The challenge will get you to your goals faster and healthier. The journey doesn’t stop once the challenge is over, you will leave with the knowledge to maintain and continue along on your journey.
WHEN CAN I SIGN UP?
Members can only sign up for our challenge when we have an open enrollment period. Open enrollment will always be a week before the challenge starts. A live countdown on our Instagram story will inform you of when enrollment starts. We have an enrollment period because it will provide a higher chance of success as we start the journey together!
